Familiarize yourself carefully with the car rental contract so that all the terms would be clear and understandable. Do not hesitate to ask for explanations!

We prefer international credit cards as the method of payment.

According to the international custom and different factors such as car group, rental period, insurance, etc. clients may be asked for a deposit from credit card from 3000 to 8000 EEK;

When you receive the rental car, please inspect it in order to detect possible damages. Ask for the damages to be marked in the deed of reception of the car;

Accepted forms of payment: 1) by cash 2) by in advance bank transfer 3) by debit or credit card (if paying by card a bank fee of 3,5% will be added to the total sum);

Besides the payment of rent, you must provide the car with the necessary amount of fuel, oil, cooling liquid and washing liquid. As the car is transferred with a full tank, we also expect the car to be returned with a full tank;

The rental car is only designated for use in the territory specified in the contract and it cannot be subleased;

The rental car is not designated for motorsport, test driving, towing, carrying a trailer or for use in any other way that is not directly connected with the transport of people or luggage;
- We do not permit smoking in our vehicles. If this policy is violated a 200 EUR penalty may be charged. Cars for smokers are available upon request.

We presume that you follow the traffic rules and the requirements of other legal acts and the instructions of the car manufacturer;

Use the car economically and observe the technical state of the car. No improvements or alterations must be made to the rental car;

Keep the car closed, locked and protected with alarm every time you are not in the car. Keep the keys and documents of the car under your control. Remove the dashboard of the radio when you leave the car;

Inform the police immediately of rental car theft, robbery or accident.

Inform Easy Car Rent immediately if any obstacles that arise upon the possession or use of the rental car - the car is stolen, the car is damaged or an insurance case occurs. Keep in mind that you are liable for damages and deficiencies that appear within 48 hours after the return of the vehicle that could not have been detected in the course of visual inspection;

As a user of the car you are responsible for the payment of fines and charges that originated in the period of rent. The same applies if the fines and charges appear after the termination of the rental contract and Easy Car Rent has already paid for them;

We guarantee the client a clean car in good working condition, equipped with CD/radio and air-conditioner. Unlimited mileage, full insurance, 24h emergency service and help plus flexible operative service are also included in the rental price.
